Our Quality Policy is as follows:

Scope:

This Quality Policy applies to all operations, locations, and business units of Greensport Trading Limited and its trading name, INSCAPES / LANDCRAFT. It covers all staff, activities, and services related to landscaping, sports construction, drainage, irrigation, arboriculture, and environmental contracting, as well as administrative and support functions.

 

INSCAPES is committed to complying with the obligations of ISO 9001:2015 and to meeting all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, as well as relevant codes of practice. We aim to continually improve all working practices to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system and what it represents.

All senior management at INSCAPES are fully committed to the process and the documented quality management system. It must be clearly understood that this Quality Policy, the Quality Manual, and all associated operating processes are fully available to all staff. All employees are expected to contribute to quality objectives through their individual roles and responsibilities.

Quality is recognised as central to all business operations and is a key measure of performance derived from customer requirements, customer experience, and employee input. Customer and stakeholder feedback is encouraged and acted upon to drive further improvement of our services. Our quality management system is constantly reviewed and evaluated to ensure it remains suitable for the business, and changes will be made to ensure continuous improvement and risk-based evaluation.

The business recognises the importance of providing trained and experienced staff and is committed to ensuring future training meets the requirements of the business, its employees, and all stakeholders.

The business is also committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for staff and stakeholders, in line with relevant health and safety legislation.

INSCAPES has introduced systems to set and review measurable quality objectives. All senior management and responsible persons will provide the necessary time and resources to achieve these objectives.

INSCAPES will ensure that this Quality Policy and the quality objectives are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the business.

 

This Policy is communicated to all staff by permanently displaying a copy on staff notice boards. It is also made available to relevant interested parties upon request and published on our website as appropriate.
