Greensport Trading Ltd t/a Inscapes / Landcraft is fully committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our business and supply chains. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery or human trafficking, and we will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in such practices.

 

Scope:

This policy applies to all staff, operations, and business partners of Greensport Trading Ltd t/a INSCAPES / LANDCRAFT. It extends to all aspects of our business, including subcontractors and suppliers.

 

Legal Commitment:

The Company acknowledges its responsibilities as defined by the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is committed to ensuring transparency within our own operations and throughout our supply chains. We expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.

 

Due Diligence and Supplier Controls:

As part of our due diligence processes, the supplier approval procedures include a review of the controls undertaken by each supplier. Imported goods from sources outside the UK and EU are recognized as potentially higher risk for issues of slavery or human trafficking, and the level of management control required for these sources will be continually monitored.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The company directors and senior management are responsible for implementing this policy and its objectives. They will ensure adequate resources, training, and investment are provided to prevent slavery and human trafficking within the organization and its supply chains.

Reporting and Whistleblowing:

Employees are encouraged to report any concerns regarding modern slavery or human trafficking in confidence to management or HR. All reports will be taken seriously, investigated appropriately, and no employee will suffer retaliation for raising a genuine concern.

 

Continuous Improvement:

We are committed to ongoing improvement of our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking, and will regularly review and update this policy to reflect changes in legislation or best practice.

 

Access and Communication

A full copy of this policy, along with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, will be accessible to all employees electronically and can be obtained from the HR department upon request. This policy statement will be reviewed annually and published accordingly.

On behalf of Inscapes, to the best of our knowledge, we confirm that our supply chain is not involved in slavery or human trafficking.
