- Tree planting day with pupils from Ysgol Ifor Bach in Abertridwr, Caerphilly. Members of the school’s Eco Committee helped plant the apple and cherry trees along the boundary of the upcoming development at the former Windsor Colliery site.

- Donated the supply and installation of artificial and plants. The goal was to create a safe, durable and low maintenance surface that would encourage active play and outdoor education while reducing upkeep for staff.
- Our Managing Director was interviewed by pupils of the school as part of their World of Work Wednesday initiative, sharing insights with the children about our work.

- Donated the supply and installation of artificial worth to Llanharan RFC to improve the surfaces within their medical rooms. Provides a clean, durable and low maintenance surface that supports player rehabilitation and wellbeing.

- Main sponsor for NFU Mutual Golf Day, Glamorgan Farmers Golf Society, Maesteg Golf Club, Official player sponsor of Niall Maher for the 2025/2026 season, Plymouth Argyle FC official pitch partners of the Women's team.
- We have also sponsorerd many of our employees sports teams: Bryncoch RFC, Trebanos RFC, International Youth Challenge Darts Open in Hungary, Mynydd Cynffig ABC and Prestige Acrobatics & Dance.

- We offer voluntary work experience opportunities to individuals from our local job centre and school learners.

Apprentices
- We are passionate about nurturing talent through our apprenticeship programs, and we currently have apprentices in Groundworks & Construction and Building Services. Over the years, we have supported many employees in completing diverse programmes, including sports turf and plant maintenance.
- Number of apprentices opportunities delivered: 3, number of apprenticeship weeks delivered: 176 weeks & additional 88 weeks to be completed by current apprentice.

- At Inscapes, training and staff development are central to our development, with approximately 1% turnover invested annually in formal training, professional qualifications and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- We combine structured onboarding, role-specific development plans, hands-on mentorship and internal workshops to ensure staff continually grow their skills and expertise
