17th Fairway Improvements
The 17th fairway needed some general improvements and a drainage facility. We provided drainage, general development and re-modelling of the fairway.
The job involved various improvements and alterations to the fairway, including removing and disposing of vegetation, stripping off top soil and stock piling for reuse, re-shaping the sub soil to agreed levels with the consultant. It also included installation of main and lateral drains, installation of irrigation pipes and covering over pipe work. Once all drainage and irrigation lines had been installed it requires re-spreading the top soil to the area, cultivating, prepping and turfing.
Overall, Jim Mckenzie was delighted with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to use us again.
